You can access your e-card orders in your account anytime under Your Orders.

You can enter your emails one by one and send individually. Or enter all of your recipients email addresses and send your e-cards in one batch. Find out more about sending.
View your E-Card Report
Yes you can see if your e-card was opened.
From your account go to Your Orders, and then select the E-Card Report to view the send status. Please also note the guidance on the reports page with regards to delivery and workarounds in the case of email bounces. In many cases the bounce is due to user error so please check if you have mistyped your recipients email address.
We cannot deliver to every email address. You can generate a URL and share this by email, WhatsApp, or Messenger instead.
Change the e-card design

Each time that you send an e-card and complete the donation payment process, your designated charity receives the funds immediately.
Yes
If your charity has activated our Gift Aid feature, after you make your donation you will be presented with the option to provide your details to process Gift Aid.
