British Blind Sport (BBS) is the only national sport charity specifically for visually impaired (VI) children and adults in the UK.
Our mission is to use the power of sport to change the lives of people with VI.
Sport serves as a springboard towards greater opportunities, helping people with VI lead more active, healthy and independent lives. BBS works to ensure that people with VI have the same opportunities as sighted people to access and enjoy sport and recreational activities.
Every year, BBS supports over 5000 blind and VI people of all ages at every level from grass roots up to elite level at the Paralympic Games.
