Coventry Cat Group Coventry Cat group was set up in 1997 and is a non-profit, non-destruct charity which helps manage the significant problem of feral and semi-feral cats in the area. It is run entirely by volunteers. We take in and care for feral, sick or abandoned cats needing our help. Cats are looked after in our centre or fostered, and as many as possible are found loving homes. Sometimes feral cats are returned to where they came from after neutering, provided there is long-term feeding and shelter in place. All cats are checked over by our veterinary practice, microchipped, neutered and vaccinated before rehoming, and home checks are carried out. We have to date rehomed more than 1500 cats. During 2019 we took in 71 cats and kittens, most of which were socialised by our team of volunteers and placed in safe caring homes.
We wouldn’t be able to provide our service without the help of our loyal supporters. Thank you so much!
