We work to improve the physical and mental well-being of individuals who have experienced traumatic stress through Transcendental Meditation (TM). TM is a simple technique scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and symptoms of PTSD while increasing energy, happiness and overall well-being.
Our focus is dedicated to specific groups, including the emergency services, healthcare professionals, prisoners, ex-offenders, individuals in alcohol and drug recovery programmes, war veterans, and military personnel.
