About Dementia Friendly Hampshire
We promote social inclusion for people diagnosed with dementia who are excluded from society or part of society because of their illness. We raise public awareness of the issues faced by people affected by dementia by undertaking campaigns, workshops and other events. We support the development and linking of local network groups and increase opportunities for people affected by dementia to engage within their communities and enable those communities to adapt services to better meet their needs.
