Development through Challenge Development through Challenge is the charity that operates Mile End Climbing Wall, one of the longest-established climbing centres in the UK. Since our founding in 1988, we have offered personal development opportunities to thousands of people in and around London through our mission to make climbing available to everyone regardless of ability to pay, physical ability, or skill level.
