About Erick A Garcia You Are Enough Foundation
Erick A Garcia you are enough foundation was founded in honor of my son Erick whom I lost by suicide in 2017. He was 20 years old. Our mission is to connect people to mental health resources. Our main focus is to increase mental health awareness and suicide prevention in our community. We strive to break down the stigma often associated with
seeking mental health care.
We also award scholarships to Antelope Valley high school students and we also bring grief support to our community in Spanish and English in partnership with Adventist Health Glendale Beyond Loss Bereavement Ministry.
