The Friends of the Heart Foundation of Jamaica (FHFJ) is a UK-based charity that supports the Heart Foundation of Jamaica by raising funds to help them provide a service throughout the 14 parishes of Jamaica. The Heart Foundation of Jamaica promotes heart health. They provide screening, advanced cardiac services, health education, training, health promotion and advice and campaigning. For over the past 40 years as a charity, FHFJ has held several fundraising activities each year to raise much-needed funds.
