About Great Oaks Hospice
At Great Oaks, our vision is to be the most trusted provider of Hospice care and support for our Forest of Dean community and our mission is to provide the best care and support for those with life-limiting illnesses, their families and support networks, when they need it most.
For over twenty years we have been caring for our rural community and our team of experienced nursing and care staff, and trained volunteers have delivered individual, palliative and end of life care programmes from our hospice-base in Coleford.
Our services, which are provided free of charge to all users, include Hospice@Home, Community Clinical Support, Well-being, Complementary Therapy, Social-Work & Carers Support and Counseling & Bereavement Support.
