Hands to Paws Hands to Paws is a licensed animal rescue and non-profit saving animals in the CSRA since 2015. We are an all volunteer organization with a special emphasis on animals with behavioral issues that may need more rehab before being adopted. All of work is made possible by donations and fundraising events. The purpose of Hands To Paws Rescue, Augusta is to initiate and support programs that extend and elevate the standards of compassionate care for companion animals in the CSRA by providing educational programs as well as direct care and cooperative efforts in increasing access to low-cost spay/neuter, rescue, fostering and adoption of animals in need.
