About Team Jak Foundation
Team Jak provides practical, social and emotional support to children and young people age 0-25 with cancer throughout Scotland, their families, friends and those bereaved.
We provide counselling, music and play therapy, 1:1 support, bespoke support groups, drop in and activity family sessions at Jak's Den and pop up Dens, hospital support and outreach at home and online.
