About The Wingate Special Children's Trust CIO
The Wingate Special Children’s Trust provides children with disabilities (such as Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome and individuals on the Autism spectrum) or who are disadvantaged with an opportunity to spend some time away from home, learning new life skills and taking part in specialised sporting activities. Our primary aim is to improve the physical health and mental well-being of these children and to reduce the inequality and isolation that many of them experience on a daily basis.
