USPCA The Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (USPCA) is the second oldest animal charity in the world. We work to prevent cruelty to animals, provide relief of suffering in animals and to advance animal welfare. We do this through our many services throughout Northern Ireland, such as our rehoming services, wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, campaigning, providing pet food to food banks, along with many other services to ensure we can help as many animals in need as possible.
