About The Hope Hub
The Hope Hub is a registered charity and as such fully comply with the requirements of the UK’s Charity Commission. We exist for the relief of poverty, to help prevent & end homelessness in our area. We provide a Services Pathway for people affected by homelessness/poverty and provide CRISIS & EMPOWERMENT Services & an overnight Emergency Accommodation Service. We work from a trauma informed, holistic approach and each service user receives 1:1 support. We seek to empower Service Users to be the best they can be through housing/Universal Credit support, life skills workshops, training, volunteering & employment coaching. Our aim is to provide pathways for our Service Users to become less isolated and help them towards a more fruitful future.
