Tools for Self Reliance Tools for Self Reliance enables people to earn a sustainable living through skills training. Working with local partners in five African countries, our model combines practical training in trades such as carpentry, tailoring and welding, with business and financial management skills. At the end of the training, graduates are supported to start small businesses, and are equipped with tools, donated and refurbished in the UK.
