Tyneside and Northumberland Mind Tyneside and Northumberland Mind is a local mental health charity, providing mental health services and support throughout the North East region, part of the Mind network of charities. We provide counselling, wellbeing groups and services, emergency telephone support, family support and mental health training, ensuring that no one has to struggle with mental ill health alone.
